Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled property professional to oversee the efficient management of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with tenants and prompt response to their inquiries.
  • Scheduling and coordination of maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Lease management and ensuring tenant compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Financial management, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws and regulations governing property management.
  • Entry and management of data for property transactions, including invoicing and follow-up on payments.
  • Payroll processing for maintenance technicians and vendor relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Strong marketing and tenant acquisition skills.
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and process payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using property management software and virtual tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successful property management.
  • Experience working with Excel and other spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
