Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event planning principles and practices. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing exhibitions and conferences, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistical arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their exhibition and conference requirements.
  • Develop and implement event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure successful event execution.
  • Coordinate logistics, design, and guest experience for events.

You will also be responsible for managing event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, and collaborating with event staff and volunteers. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for event planning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in event planning can be an asset.
