Anaplan Support Analyst
">About This RoleThis role involves providing support to clients for Anaplan-related inquiries. As a primary point of contact, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance supported Anaplan models
- Manage the full support ticket lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with consultants and technical teams on escalated or complex issues
- Act as a subject matter expert for Anaplan model building and functionality
- Develop and deliver user training and best practices
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field
- Certified in Anaplan Level 2 Model Building
- 2-4 years of experience in a support role for SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Exposure to ITIL-aligned support models and frameworks
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, BMC Remedy
- A structured career path toward Anaplan Model Builder or Functional Consultant roles
- Opportunity to lead support initiatives and participate in global Anaplan projects
