Customer Service Ambassador

At Garrett & Talon Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns/exchanges
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
