About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of esteemed clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across various commercial banking product categories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Comply with banking regulations while meeting client needs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of call center experience, be open to working in a shifting schedule, and be willing to attend face-to-face interviews when requested. Additionally, you must be amenable to on-site training and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
