Job Title: Full-Stack Software Developer

A leading provider of home inspector training, certification, and business enablement is seeking a skilled software developer to build scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with React and Node.js, as well as integrating AI/ML into applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, debugging, and polishing features across the existing front end and back end.
  • Implementing and refining role-based dashboards for inspectors, clients/homebuyers, contractors, and lead generation.
  • Stabilizing and resolving API hooks and third-party integrations; improving UI/UX responsiveness and reliability.

Additional responsibilities include designing explainable pipelines with measurable accuracy, reducing false positives/negatives and hallucinations, and setting up model serving, monitoring, and iteration workflows using AI tooling.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience building production web applications with React and Node.js.
  • Hands-on integration of AI/ML into applications, including computer vision and NLP.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs/webhooks and third-party service integrations.
  • Practical DevOps and QA skills, including Git/GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
