Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will design, develop, maintain and deploy applications that deliver business value. The role requires technical responsibility for all stages in the software development process, including code reviews, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
Additionally, the Full Stack Developer will provide advice, guidance, and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required. This may involve mentoring, coaching, or providing feedback on technical solutions.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development systems and processes, with expertise in TypeScript/Javascript. A qualification in a related discipline (such as IT or computer science), or equivalent practical experience is also desirable.
Experience in a number of software product teams, with an agile software development approach, is essential. Advanced understanding of front-end, back-end, or full-stack engineering technologies, as well as broad knowledge of concepts across all, are necessary for this role.
Key skills include designing and optimizing database structures, cloud infrastructure, concurrent programming concepts, CICD, build pipelines and project bundling tools, software version control tools, automated testing tools and techniques, application debugging, API design, React and Next.js concepts and features, UI accessibility principles.
