About the Role

A Financial Analyst is a vital position that requires strong analytical and organizational skills to drive process improvements across departments. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work closely with various departments such as finance, sales, HR, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets to ensure information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation to support data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Contribute to financial modeling and operational optimization initiatives.
  • Implement quality standards and best practices across teams.
  • Assist in routine administrative tasks and follow-up activities to free up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Participate in ongoing projects and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
