Customer Service Representative

We are seeking passionate customer service professionals to support a range of inbound and outbound initiatives.
In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote products and services all while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Handle calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving.
- Research information across systems to support customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims.
- Guide customers through options to find solutions.
- Follow policies and procedures while using available resources.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay current with training and program knowledge.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior call center experience is necessary.
- Work from home experience is beneficial.
- You must have a strong command of the English language.
- Your typing speed should be 20+ WPM.
- You need a high-speed internet connection.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is necessary.
- You should have multitasking and self-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
