Job Overview

The Training and Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading new hire training programs, ensuring operational excellence through continuous learning and development. This includes conducting upskilling sessions for Specialists and Team Leaders to align with performance standards and business objectives.

New hire training programs are designed to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. The Training and Support Specialist is responsible for creating engaging training materials, guaranteeing clarity, accuracy, and alignment with assessed training needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality training programs, focusing on advanced training for career advancement, leadership roles, and communication skills to bridge gaps for non-native speakers.
  • Providing real-time feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees at all levels, including team leads progressing through leadership levels.
  • Developing effective training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Supporting employees during transitions, addressing specific challenges, and facilitating exit processes for those not completing onboarding.
  • Staying updated by taking phone time hours as part of training activities.
  • Analyzing training effectiveness, deriving insights, and recommending program enhancements to align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes, including MRM pairings and comprehensive QA systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in training, preferably in lead gen, sales, technical support, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for virtual training.
  • Willingness to adapt to a graveyard shift schedule.
