Job Opportunity: Workday HCM Analyst Consultant

The role of a Workday HCM Analyst Consultant is to provide support to implementation projects and application managed services enhancements across different regions. We deliver Workday solutions that meet customer needs on time and adhere to the company's methodology.

As a Workday HCM Analyst Consultant, you will execute day-to-day activities for Workday HCM project support under various client contracts, including ad-hoc support and implementation. You will also provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and offer solutions to complex business problems.

  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production clients
  • Become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction
  • Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new methodologies

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction
  • Active HCM Workday Certification
  • Workday Functional Supplemental Certification (Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, etc.) is an advantage
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools
