Job Title

A seasoned Project Manager is sought to lead software projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software project management, with a proven track record of overseeing development teams and managing complex projects. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, defining goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Lead and oversee the software development team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure software meets quality standards through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira administration and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms (Notion, Airtable, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.

  • Start-up experience.
  • Knowledge of restaurant tech and operations.
