Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for our startup clients. This position requires a strong understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience sourcing software engineers and a proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • A strong familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across various platforms to find highly skilled software engineers.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand client needs and role requirements.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates to uncover hidden talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
