About the Role

As an Application Support Specialist at YONDU INC., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless application operation and performance. Reporting to the IT Manager, this full-time position is located in our Bonifacio Global City office. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting to our end-users while collaborating closely with our development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field incoming support requests from end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor application health and performance, proactively addressing any problems.
  • Document resolution steps, provide end-user training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement application enhancements and fixes.
  • Maintain detailed records on application usage, performance, and support activities.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar application support or IT support role.
  • Strong technical skills, hands-on experience with business applications and software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Education – College graduate in Information Technology preferred or equivalent.
  • Application Support - backend operation support handle ticket client report ticket and service ticket.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • A relevant university degree or technical certification in information technology.
