Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our team as a Team Manager.

This role involves driving the performance of a team of consultants, meeting and exceeding all key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for managing attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team.

As a Team Manager, you will coach and mentor consultants, providing feedback and performance management. You will also inform leadership on the latest trends of end-user customers and provide feedback to operations managers.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Performance: Lead a team of consultants to meet and exceed KPI targets.
  2. Manage Attrition: Reduce employee turnover and manage other critical metrics.
  3. Counsel and Mentor: Coach and mentor consultants to improve performance.
  4. Inform Leadership: Keep management updated on customer trends and operational progress.
Requirements:
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Ability to work in Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork: Proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members.
