Job Summary

This role is focused on championing cost-effectiveness and driving efficiency in distribution operations across the Asia Pacific region.


The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze cost performance metrics to ensure alignment with established customer segmentation guardrails.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of analytics tools and software to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Assess and execute initiatives aimed at optimizing distribution processes and ensuring maximum cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lead operations is required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with data analytics tools are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and transportation best practices in the Asia Pacific region is an advantage.
