The Process Associate for Unsecured Lending Verification team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial services operations.
About the Role- Verify customer requests for credit cards and Personal Loan applications originated through various channels.
- Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Process Unsecured Lending credit verification requests to unconditional approval.
- Make outbound and inbound calls required to process applications.
- Actively manage work in progress (WIP) requests.
- Resolve any banker or customer escalations in a timely manner.
- Provide performance reporting.
- Alert Unsecured Lending team of any challenges or escalations requiring further review.
- High School / Senior High School graduates are accepted, College graduates are preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume service center.
- Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Detail oriented.
