About the Role

The Senior Customer Success Specialist is responsible for retaining and developing high-potential commercial accounts. This role drives continued retention and growth of partnerships passed from other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead point of contact for partners.
  • Onboard partners transitioning from a newly launched status.
  • Stay informed about client company updates to research rebranding, organization changes, print needs, seasonality, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy.
  • Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently, leveraging support if necessary.
  • Document sales opportunities with partners in CRM to leverage conversations in future calls.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to assist with growth opportunities.
  • Key projects as outlined by management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience – or equivalent (e.g., high-performing Customer Service Associate with high average order value, customer retention/satisfaction)
  • Experience with or knowledge of CRM – or any related tool
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience working in an environment with strong commercial targets.
  • Customer-facing experience (sales, retail)
