About this Position:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing operations and driving growth in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and banking compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and diverse cultures is an advantage.
