Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to fill a key role in our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and recruitment goals.

This involves managing multiple websites using advanced WordPress proficiency, optimizing digital presence through SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

The ideal candidate will plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, display networks, and other relevant platforms. They will also create or adapt campaign graphics using Canva, ensuring assets are brand-aligned and visually effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Manage and maintain multiple websites using WordPress (advanced proficiency required)
  • Digital Presence Optimization: Optimize digital presence using SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, display networks, and other relevant platforms
  • Campaign Graphics: Create or adapt campaign graphics using Canva, ensuring assets are brand-aligned and visually effective
Requirements
  • Experience: At least three to five years of digital marketing experience
  • Skills: Advanced skills in WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics/Search Console, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting skills and experience with email marketing platforms
