Job Overview

A dynamic and results-driven professional is required to develop and implement asset management strategies, ensuring optimal performance and value of commercial and industrial solar project assets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies that maximize performance and value.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize performance and value
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams and service providers
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and service providers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
  • Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is an advantage, preferably in a related field such as renewable energy or sustainability
  • Proven expertise in asset management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong understanding of solar plant operations and performance monitoring systems
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operations teams and external service providers, with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
