The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Accounts Officer to join our team. As a Sales Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with brokers and agents.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Management and Servicing: Evaluate the viability of motor insurance applications, prepare proposals, and maintain good relationships with brokers and agents to expand business.
- Solicitation of New Accounts/Business: Identify new brokers, establish relationships, and solicit new accounts from both new and existing brokers.
- Collection: Monitor and follow up on account status and outstanding collections in coordination with Motor Operations Support and the Collection Department.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented.
- Creativity, strong negotiation skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
