**Account Management Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Retail Insurance Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Grows and develops assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs.
  • Meets the annual sales target of assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs (in terms of sales amount and number of enrollments).
  • Identifies unmet insurance needs of assigned Motorcycle accounts and provides inputs for the development of products that would meet these needs, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.
  • Cross-sells and up-sells appropriate Pioneer products to existing Motorcycle accounts/clients, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree course preferably business administration or management.
  • Min. of 3 years in Insurance Sales/B2B Sales.
  • Min. of 3 years in creating business plans and go-to-market strategies to capture potential markets and develop channels of distribution; can deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change.
  • Background in Marketing is preferred.
