We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Operations to lead our Travel Digital CX Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing site-level operations and profitability effectively, with a strong ability to drive operational strategy and governance at a site level.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage site-level operations, including staff management and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve set KPIs and KRAs.
- Drive continuous improvements and innovations to enhance quality and CSAT.
