Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-skilled team to provide utility services that meet internal customer requirements, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance duties and technical hands-on training
  • Reporting technical data and plant status
  • Planned maintenance execution with production teams
  • Team product testing reporting
  • Task allocation to team members based on priorities and skills
  • Team rest days and holiday relief planning
  • Implementation of safety systems and safe work practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Preferably licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in management roles in utility environments specializing in food processing plants
  • Detailed knowledge of all utility equipment and planned preventive maintenance systems
  • Knowledge in instrumentation is an advantage
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro
