Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician

We are seeking a skilled and versatile technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on building systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Maintain and repair various types of machinery and equipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of facilities for events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to facility occupants and clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of building systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
