
Support Advocate

This position involves providing customer support for a premium home appliance warranty program. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer support, with experience in resolving issues and delivering friendly solutions.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Following up with customers and contractors to ensure that customer service issues are resolved.
- Discussing covered and non-covered items on calls, including out-of-pocket costs.
- Sending emails and collaborating with departments for customer support.
- Managing recalls and open dispatch tickets.
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls, including attempts to retain dissatisfied customers.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign.
- Answer customer questions about coverage limits and account changes.
- Process billing inquiries and payments.
- Handle pre-appointment work orders.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize, and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
- A willingness to work onsite.
