As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the linchpin in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. With a passion for problem-solving and empathy, you'll engage with customers, address their inquiries, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support inquiries through various channels, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution.
- Document interactions accurately, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to deliver precise, friendly, and informative responses.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot software-related issues, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and provide updates on their inquiries and issues.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and customer service expertise.
- Contribute to process improvements by analyzing customer feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
Effectiveness in this role will be measured by key performance indicators such as:
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Average time to resolve customer issues
- Average number of issues resolved
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written proficiency
- Basic grammar skills and average typing speed
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases
- Passion for designing and enhancing systems and organizing
- Ability and availability to work during US working hours - Eastern Time
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
