Business Performance Analyst Role

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data and using it to create solutions that will help the business grow.

As a Business Performance Analyst, you will support stakeholders with key insights to make data-driven decisions. Your task center will be to partner with our sales team to guide them with data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities within their accounts.

You will report into the Senior Manager on our Sales Analytics team, which is part of our Sales Operations organization. You will strategize, devise and execute initiatives against the overall sales org strategy for 'winning the merchant.'

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, operations, product, and strategy teams to drive business performance and growth.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain business performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or strategy.
  • Highly technical with advanced SQL experience and visualization skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and succeeding in a fast-moving environment.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel

As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, you may be required to attend meetings or travel to client sites as needed.
