The Facility Manager is a key role that involves planning and conducting technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites. This position requires a thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness.
This nationwide project demands someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities across project sites, ensuring thorough assessment of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Analyze survey results and develop detailed Facility Survey Reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide guidance to survey team members, ensuring adherence to established standards, processes, and quality assurance measures.
