Key Responsibilities

  • Review inbound appointment logs and open order reports to plan work activities.">
  • Plan inbound and out-bound schedules to meet customer metrics.">
  • Manage staffing needs based on workload and schedule staff accordingly.">
  • Assign workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules.">
  • Review and update operational procedures as necessary, ensuring they are communicated to warehouse associates.">
  • Track productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Work with Inventory Control to ensure high inventory accuracy.">
  • Manage payroll for the department.">
  • Advise employees on handling items, storing, and shipping stock, as well as related problems.">
  • Trace item history to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records, recommending remedial actions.">
  • Manage work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.">
  • Issue written and oral instructions.">
  • Ensure proper safety procedures are followed.">
  • Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.">

Supervisory Duties
