About the Restock Operations Unit

The Restock Operations Unit is a key component of our business, catering to our new B2B service, Ninja Restock. This innovative solution enables brands and businesses to distribute supplies seamlessly to their locations and branches, streamlining their operations and improving efficiency.

Your Role as an Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in fostering enduring relationships with our current clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for addressing and resolving any concerns raised by shippers, providing optimal solutions, facilitating prompt corrections or adjustments, and following up to guarantee resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, conduct regular check-ins with Restock Account Managers to understand their evolving needs, preferences, and challenges.
  2. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies, investigate client complaints or concerns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  3. Account Maintenance and Growth: Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service agreements, collaborate with other operational and commercial teams to provide requests of Restock Clients, and ensure processes are followed while looking for opportunities to improve them.
  4. Main Duties: Foster open communication between sales, operations, and shipper teams, establish a timely onboarding process, monitor Restock Operations Performance, conduct business reviews with clients, verify accuracy of billing, and monitor payment posting.
