Quantitative Research Assistant

The Fieldwork Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
- Develop sampling plans for allocated projects and coordinate with team members to maximize results.
- Build a solid understanding of project recruitment methodologies and liaison with other teams to optimize internal sample resources.
- Review projects regularly and inform Project Managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and ensure projects are completed within client-specified timelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
- 0-1 year of market research experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
