Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Web Project Coordinator. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in their project's production process, acting as the bridge between them and our production team. You will work closely with team members to develop creative solutions for clients and their website, creating an environment that cultivates high levels of customer service, excellence, and performance.

You will also be responsible for reporting department performance on a weekly basis, providing feedback to our management team to improve products, services, and customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines. Your background in project management and customer support is essential, along with your experience handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in their project's production process
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the production team
  • Ensure projects remain within scope
  • Keep project timelines within approved schedules
  • Add value to clients through top-tier customer service and developing best-in-class products/services
  • Work with team members to develop creative solutions for clients and their website
  • Create an environment cultivating high levels of customer service, excellence, and performance
  • Report department performance on a weekly basis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Coordinate with client and production teams regarding new/updated processes or products
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management
  • Background in art and design (a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in North America
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent
  • Background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design
  • Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
  • Goal-driven and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team
  • Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus
  • WordPress knowledge is a strong plus
  • Willingness to work in the night shift
