Technical SEO Manager Job Description

As a Technical SEO Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the company's online presence by ensuring search engines can easily crawl and index our website content. This involves conducting thorough technical audits to identify and fix SEO issues, implementing core web vitals optimizations, and managing crawlability and indexability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular technical audits to identify and fix SEO issues
  • Implementing core web vitals optimizations to improve LCP, INP, and CLS
  • Managing robots.txt, XML sitemaps, hreflang tags, canonicals, and Google Search Console
  • Analyzing log files to optimize server response times

You will work closely with the development team to implement SEO fixes directly and ensure that all technical content is optimized for search engines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues are essential for this role.

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical SEO with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings
  • Mastery of SEO tools including Search Console, GA, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Lighthouse
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers to implement SEO fixes directly
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills
