Online Marketplace Operations Specialist

As an experienced and highly knowledgeable online marketplace operations specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across all online marketplaces.
  • Marketplace Operations: Oversee product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions to maximize sales and revenue.
  • SEO and Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and drive traffic to our client's online stores.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with requirements to avoid any potential issues or penalties.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Marketing and Creative Coordination: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions to our client's online stores.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications, to minimize downtime and optimize sales.
