Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer experience and efficient store operations.
  • Monitor and control store inventory levels, stockroom organization, and merchandise displays to optimize visual appeal and maximize sales potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and respect among staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, employee performance, and other essential data to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and superiors to achieve shared goals, address challenges, and drive business success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive business growth and improve store performance.
  • Amenable to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
