We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to perform financial record maintenance, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, proficiency in accounting software, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
