We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing TR programs and strategies that contribute to the Employee Value Proposition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading TR, or benefits and wellness programs in the Philippines. Experience covering Malaysia, Indonesia, or Thailand is an advantage, especially Singapore.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead C&B and Wellness programs providing oversight and evolving it in response to strategy and needs for the Philippines and other South Asian countries.
- Design and implement TR programs and strategies that contribute to the Employee Value Proposition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver TR initiatives that meet employee needs.
- Analyze data to inform TR decisions and drive business results.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading TR, or benefits and wellness programs in the Philippines.
- TR knowledge and experience on Job Benchmarking, Range Development, Benefits Renewals especially Insurance, and Benefits Communication.
- Independent with strong project and stakeholder management.
- High proficiency with Excel for complex modeling and PowerPoint for proposals.
- Proactive in preventing/identifying problems and developing solutions collaboratively in a globally matrixed environment.
- Hybrid work in Makati, Philippines, with a few days per week at home following present policy. Predominantly day to mid shift.
