About the Role

At Lions Pride Security Agency, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing top-notch administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities:
1. Office Operations Management
- Ensure seamless management of daily office activities, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records, guaranteeing confidentiality and ease of retrieval.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff members efficiently.
2. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and process internal and external documents, such as reports, memos, and presentations, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of government and compliance-related documents (e.g., permits, licenses), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Keep precise records of employee files and security officer deployment details, ready for easy reference.
3. Client and Employee Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating onboarding processes effectively.
- Assist with payroll data entry and employee attendance tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Office Maintenance
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure that office equipment and facilities are functional, liaising with vendors for repairs and maintenance as required.
5. General Support
- Collaborate with other departments to support agency operations and initiatives, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the General Manager, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
2. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a security or service-based industry, demonstrating expertise and skills transferability.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
5. Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and self-motivation.
6. Familiarity with basic HR and payroll functions is advantageous, but not essential.
