Solar Client Support Specialist

Two Fourteen is looking for an experienced and motivated Solar Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and support to our Solar clients.

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and deliver exceptional results.

  • You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, using your problem-solving and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
  • A strong background in customer service or related roles is essential, as well as knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience working in Solar as a Project Coordinator is preferred, but not mandatory.
