Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, with expertise in applying NYC building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Engineering Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings in accordance with NYC building codes.
  • Design and Analysis: Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design compatibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Reviews: Conduct technical reviews and contribute to the development of project documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.
  • New York City Building Codes: Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
