Position: Mechanical Drafter or Engineer (Revit & AutoCAD – BIM)

Location: Remote

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Drafter or Engineer with strong experience in Revit and AutoCAD, specifically for BIM-based mechanical design and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Mechanical and HVAC systems and will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated models and drawings for a variety of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate mechanical and HVAC models using Revit and AutoCAD in a BIM environment.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation aligned with project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate mechanical layouts and integration with other disciplines.
  • Maintain model accuracy and consistency across all project stages.
  • Support project delivery through technical documentation and revisions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on mechanical or HVAC projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
  • Proven experience developing and coordinating mechanical systems in building projects.
  • Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
