About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team at AHGLAB Consultancy Services Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in identifying and pursuing leads through research, outreach, and engagement on various platforms, including industry forums and social media.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in responding to client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services and amenities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our coworking spaces, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases, tracking leads and sales activities, and preparing reports to monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and networking sessions hosted by AHGLAB Consultancy Services Inc. to engage with prospective clients and build brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative projects, and coordinate efforts to achieve team objectives.

Requirements



  • Degree: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Research Abilities: Capable of conducting market research and gathering insights into industry trends.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Can analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Team Player: Works well with others to achieve goals.
  • Adaptability: Can adapt to changing environments and strategies.
