Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry.
