As a key member of our operational excellence team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our tools, systems, and workflows to support our growth strategy. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your technical expertise to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve data-driven decision-making.

With a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and maintain company-wide tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be essential in training users, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless adoption.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
