About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our team in our Mandaue City, Cebu office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records and operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular audits of our warehousing, storage and distribution operations to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement
  • Examining financial records, invoices, and other documentation to verify the accuracy of our accounting practices
  • Identifying and addressing any compliance issues to ensure we are adhering to all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Providing recommendations for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and reliability of our financial systems
  • Preparing detailed audit reports for management and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar auditing or accounting role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • A professional and ethical approach to your work, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
