Job Description

As a software test engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Specifically, you will:

  • Acquire a deep understanding of assigned product features from various perspectives (business, end-user, technical)
  • Identify risks, issues, and problems on the product feature and propose mitigation steps
  • Prepare test strategies, designs, and specifications for full testing cycles of features
  • Manage tester pools to execute needed tests
  • Own and point-person assigned product features
  • Account for and review the quality of assigned product features
  • Prepare documentation and conduct demonstrations of product features
  • Collaborate with support, sales, marketing, and development teams

Upon successful completion of a rigorous two-month training program, you'll be deployed to work on one of our projects immediately. You'll be working on mission-critical government systems or commercial products that level up the way the world does business.

Software testing is a discipline that exposes inadequacies and defects in programs, reducing the risk of clients and end-users encountering these defects themselves. Through comprehensive in-house training, you'll learn the fundamentals of software testing, including developing test plans and procedures, executing manual tests, defect analysis and reporting, and verifying applied fixes or enhancements.

Our recruitment process includes pre-screening resumes, an aptitude exam, HR interviews, and technical interviews. As a skilled and experienced tester, you may take on additional roles and responsibilities in your project and the company based on your past performance and demonstrated capabilities.
