Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of a conversational AI. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into multiple platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using a conversational AI.
  • Enter finalized notes into multiple platforms with accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Organize and track notes using task management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in medical, mental health, or administrative documentation is preferred.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail are essential.
