Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:
  • Manage and process semi-monthly employee payroll with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper payout of employee monetary benefits and efficient processing of last pay for departing employees.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Handle government-mandated reports and submissions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
  • Manage monthly contributions and employee statutory benefits payments, including loan repayments.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Utilize industry-standard software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Operate and maintain HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, and accounting systems with at least 2-3 years of practical experience.
Attention to Detail and Communication:
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance with payroll policies.
  • Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms, with proficiency in English (oral and written).
Team Collaboration and Adaptability:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues and streamline payroll processes.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in training initiatives.
Work Ethics and Pressure Management:
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working onsite daily.
  • Perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines consistently.
Large Workforce Management:
  • Handle payroll and monetary benefits for large employee groups of 700 and above.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll specialist roles or equivalent professional practice.
  • Proficiency in payroll and accounting systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to work onsite every day and undergo training.
